【摘要】:當(dāng)代中國的食之慮歸結(jié)為三:糧食安全、食品安全、轉(zhuǎn)基因問題。圍繞著三種食之慮產(chǎn)生的社會現(xiàn)象反映了不同的時代。糧食安全關(guān)乎發(fā)展、民生、國防,主要是為國家的焦慮,因此是重要社會政策的核心所在。食品安全的焦慮來自民間,事關(guān)健康與社會和諧。對轉(zhuǎn)基因的焦慮來自社會各界,但對轉(zhuǎn)基因是否有安全隱患卻缺乏共識。國家從糧食安全的焦慮出發(fā),無疑支持轉(zhuǎn)基因作物的研發(fā),但有些反對轉(zhuǎn)基因者則將之視為資本的入侵和帝國主義的陰謀。不同時代的食之慮的形態(tài)不同,而信任則是三種食之慮所引發(fā)的現(xiàn)象的深層系結(jié)所在。
[Abstract]:Food concerns in contemporary China boil down to three: food security, food safety, and GM issues. The social phenomena surrounding the three kinds of food concern reflect different times. Food security concerns development, people's livelihood, national defense, mainly for the anxiety of the country, so it is the core of important social policy. The anxiety of food safety comes from the folk, which is related to health and social harmony. Anxiety about GM comes from all walks of life, but there is a lack of consensus on the safety of GM. The state, based on concerns about food security, no doubt supports research and development of GM crops, but some opponents of GM see it as a capital invasion and imperialist conspiracy. The forms of food-care are different in different times, and trust is the deep connection of the phenomena caused by the three kinds of food worries.
