【摘要】：微信拉票是隨著移動媒體的發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的新的社會現(xiàn)象,在商業(yè)利益的驅(qū)動下,微信拉票在一定程度上助長了社會中的造假風(fēng)氣。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生群體投"人情票"現(xiàn)象比較普遍,對"拉票"行為或持事不關(guān)己態(tài)度或反感或敢怒不敢言,以至于忽視了"拉票"行為所反映出的誠信和公平問題。微信拉票的本質(zhì)是人情綁架,長此以往會造成社會誠信危機(jī)。從遵守網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會責(zé)任倫理的視角出發(fā),可以從規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會責(zé)任行為、開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會責(zé)任倫理教育以及加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)評比監(jiān)管三個(gè)方面加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會責(zé)任倫理建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:WeChat canvassing is a new social phenomenon with the development of mobile media. Driven by commercial interests, WeChat canvassing contributes to the counterfeiting atmosphere in the society to a certain extent. The investigation found that the phenomenon of "favor vote" of college students is quite common, the behavior of "canvassing" is either indifferent to one's own interests or aversion or dare not to speak in anger, so that the honesty and fairness reflected in the behavior of "canvassing" are ignored. The essence of WeChat canvassing is human kidnapping, which in the long run will result in a crisis of social integrity. From the perspective of observing network social responsibility ethics, we can strengthen the construction of network social responsibility ethics from three aspects: standardizing network social responsibility behavior, carrying out network social responsibility ethics education and strengthening network evaluation and supervision.
