社會(huì)活動(dòng)對(duì)不同地域老年人居家不出的影響

【摘要】:目的探討社會(huì)活動(dòng)對(duì)不同地域老年人居家不出(housebound)的影響。方法采用多階段分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣,先后抽取保定市大紀(jì)家社區(qū)、唐山市釣魚臺(tái)社區(qū)和安徽省蚌埠市延安小區(qū),以社區(qū)內(nèi)所有符合條件的2 180名老年人為對(duì)象,采用統(tǒng)一的調(diào)查量表包括一般情況問卷、日常生活活動(dòng)能力量表(ADL)、社會(huì)活動(dòng)調(diào)查表、housebound狀態(tài)評(píng)估量表對(duì)研究對(duì)象以入戶方式進(jìn)行面對(duì)面訪談式調(diào)查,調(diào)查問卷當(dāng)場(chǎng)收回。結(jié)果河北省社區(qū)老年人housebound發(fā)生率為15.82%,安徽省社區(qū)老年人housebound發(fā)生率為14.88%。其中無親密朋友,與鄰居交往不頻繁,與親戚交往頻度低,未參加社會(huì)活動(dòng)的社區(qū)老年人housebound的發(fā)生率明顯增高(P0.05)。結(jié)論不同地域社區(qū)老年人社會(huì)活動(dòng)影響其housebound的發(fā)生,應(yīng)根據(jù)其影響因素采取相應(yīng)干預(yù)措施進(jìn)行預(yù)防。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of social activities on the elderly in different regions. Methods Multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling was used to select 2,180 elderly people in Baoding City, Diaoyutai Community in Tangshan City and Yan'an District in Bengbu City, Anhui Province. The unified questionnaire including general situation questionnaire, activity of daily living (ADL) scale, and social activity questionnaire housebound state evaluation scale were used to conduct face-to-face interviews with the subjects. The questionnaires were collected on the spot. Results the incidence of housebound was 15.82% among the elderly in Hebei province and 14.88% in Anhui province. Among them, no close friends, less frequent contact with neighbors, low frequency of contact with relatives, the incidence of housebound in the elderly who did not participate in social activities was significantly higher than that of P0.05. Conclusion the social activities of the elderly in different communities affect the occurrence of housebound, and the corresponding intervention measures should be taken according to the influencing factors.
