【摘要】：為客觀揭示21世紀(jì)以來(lái)中國(guó)女性社會(huì)科學(xué)研究人才地位、分布及演變趨勢(shì),基于國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目資助數(shù)據(jù),以女性主持人作為女性社科研究人才的代表,分析其數(shù)量、學(xué)科和地域分布特征,并探討其成因。結(jié)果表明:在我國(guó),科研的性別差異依然存在,女性研究人才占比尚不足1/3,且研究層次偏低,但得益于女性社會(huì)地位和受教育程度的不斷提高,男女差距有所縮小。女性在大多數(shù)學(xué)科中表現(xiàn)出明顯新增優(yōu)勢(shì),在傳統(tǒng)劣勢(shì)學(xué)科中,女性劣勢(shì)亦呈弱化趨勢(shì),但女性的學(xué)科分布差異及女性社會(huì)角色的"刻板印象"依然存在。由于地區(qū)間經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的差異,社科研究人才數(shù)量高度集中在少數(shù)東、中部省份,區(qū)域差異縮小趨勢(shì)不明顯。得益于全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)對(duì)男女平等問題的關(guān)注,女性占比在區(qū)域間的差距較小、在絕大多數(shù)省份保持相對(duì)均衡,由于優(yōu)秀男性人才的區(qū)際流動(dòng),使得西部省份的女性科研人才占比普遍較高。最后提出了促進(jìn)中國(guó)女性社科人才發(fā)展和分布均衡化的若干建議。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal objectively the status, distribution and evolution trend of female social science research talents in China since the 21st century, based on the funding data of the National Social Science Fund, this paper analyzes the number of female social science research talents with female moderators as their representatives. The characteristics of discipline and regional distribution and its causes are discussed. The results show that there is still a gender difference in scientific research in China. The proportion of female researchers is less than one third and the level of research is low. However, the gap between men and women has been narrowed due to the continuous improvement of women's social status and education level. In most subjects, women show obvious new advantages, and in traditional inferiority subjects, female inferiority also shows a weakening trend, but the differences in the distribution of women's disciplines and the "stereotype" of women's social roles still exist. Due to the differences of regional economic strength, the number of social science research talents is highly concentrated in a few eastern and central provinces, the trend of regional differences is not obvious. Thanks to nationwide attention to gender equality, the gap between regions in the proportion of women to men is small and relatively balanced in the vast majority of provinces, owing to the interregional mobility of outstanding male talent, The proportion of female scientific research personnel in western provinces is generally higher. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development and distribution equalization of female social science talents in China.
