【摘要】：幸福既來自主觀體驗(yàn)又來自客觀實(shí)在,既包含快樂又蘊(yùn)含意義,它是個體對自身以及所處社會的發(fā)展的享受和期望,長久以來人的幸福感一直是人類的重要研究課題。近年來,普通高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力陡增,越來越多的大學(xué)生選擇了創(chuàng)業(yè),形成了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者這一新的社會群體。該研究在國家積極創(chuàng)業(yè)政策所引發(fā)的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)潮的背景下,以創(chuàng)業(yè)大學(xué)生為研究對象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究和調(diào)查研究的方式來發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者幸福感以及社會支持的情況和一般規(guī)律,并通過數(shù)據(jù)分析探究社會支持對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者幸福感的影響。作者發(fā)現(xiàn)以往對幸福感的研究往往注只重人的主觀幸福感,而心理幸福感和社會幸福感的關(guān)注較少,而且這三種幸福感的不同維度當(dāng)中,某些研究維度的語義相近,存在著極高的相關(guān)性,如主觀幸福感中的正向情感與社會幸福感中的社會整合,心里幸福感中的友好關(guān)系和利他行為與社會幸福感中的社會貢獻(xiàn)、社會和諧、社會認(rèn)同、社會實(shí)現(xiàn)。所以作者整合三種不同幸福感問卷,縮減掉其中重復(fù)的無意義的測量,用主觀打分和三中幸福感測量的綜合來衡量大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者幸福感的總體水平,運(yùn)用肖水源的《社會支持問卷》,來測量大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的社會支持總體水平,并從主觀社會支持、客觀社會支持和社會支持利用度這三個社會支持的不同維度,通過回歸分析,探討它們與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者幸福感之間的關(guān)系。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)下參與創(chuàng)業(yè)活動的大學(xué)生幸福感總體處在較高的水平,但社會支持水平的差異較大,主要源于客觀社會支持的差異,社會支持的利用度處于中等水平,有待提高。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的社會支持與其幸福感水平存在明顯的正相關(guān),可以得出結(jié)論,社會支持水平的提高對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的幸福感有著積極的作用,其中客觀社會支持的作用不及主觀情感上的支持以及大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者自身對社會支持的理解和把握(社會支持利用度)。本文五部分組成。第一章緒論,介紹選題背景、研究目的、研究意義、可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)或不足,以及對以往的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了梳理。第二章文獻(xiàn)綜述,簡述分析了幸福感測量的理論發(fā)展軌跡,創(chuàng)業(yè)大學(xué)生的相關(guān)研究情況,以及社會支持的一些概念。第三章研究設(shè)計(jì),介紹了該研究使用的相關(guān)概念包括主觀幸福感、心理幸福感、社會幸福感和社會支持,研究的理論依據(jù),研究方法,樣本的選擇和基本情況,所采用的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法以及研究的整理框架。第三章研究結(jié)果,包括調(diào)查對象的基本情況,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的幸福感水平,社會支持水平。第四章是大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的社會支持對幸福感的影響分析。第五章通過對研究結(jié)果的討論,對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者提升社會支持和幸福感的提升提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Happiness comes from both subjective experience and objective reality. It contains both happiness and meaning. It is an individual's enjoyment and expectation of the development of himself and the society in which he lives. For a long time, human happiness has been an important research topic for human beings. In recent years, the employment pressure of ordinary college graduates has increased sharply, more and more college students choose to start a business, forming a new social group of college students' entrepreneurs. Under the background of the entrepreneurial trend of university students caused by the national active entrepreneurship policy, this study takes entrepreneurial college students as the research object. This paper uses literature research and investigation to find out the situation and general law of college student entrepreneur's happiness and social support, and through the data analysis to explore the influence of social support on college student entrepreneur's happiness. The author found that previous studies on well-being tended to focus on subjective well-being, but little attention was paid to psychological well-being and social well-being, and some of the three dimensions of well-being were semantically similar. There are very high correlations, such as positive emotion in subjective well-being and social integration in social well-being, friendly relationship in psychological well-being, social contribution in altruistic behavior and social well-being, social harmony, social identity. Social realization. So the author integrated three different happiness questionnaires, reduced the repetitive and meaningless measurements, and measured the overall level of happiness of college students' entrepreneurs with the combination of subjective scores and three middle school happiness measures. Using Xiao Shuiyuan's Social support questionnaire to measure the overall level of social support of college student entrepreneurs, and from the three different dimensions of subjective social support, objective social support and social support utilization, through regression analysis. To explore the relationship between them and the happiness of college entrepreneurs. Through the study, it is found that college students participating in entrepreneurial activities are generally in a higher level of well-being, but the difference in social support level is greater, mainly due to the differences in objective social support, the utilization of social support is at a moderate level. There is still room for improvement. There is a significant positive correlation between the social support and the level of well-being of college students' entrepreneurs. It can be concluded that the improvement of the level of social support has a positive effect on the happiness of college students' entrepreneurs. The function of objective social support is not as good as subjective emotional support and the understanding and grasp of social support by university students' entrepreneurs themselves (degree of utilization of social support). This paper consists of five parts. The first chapter introduces the background, research purpose, research significance, possible innovation points or deficiencies, as well as the previous related research. The second chapter is a literature review, which briefly analyzes the theoretical development track of happiness measurement, the relevant research of entrepreneurial college students, and some concepts of social support. The third chapter studies the design, introduces the related concepts, including subjective well-being, psychological well-being, social well-being and social support, the theoretical basis of the study, research methods, sample selection and basic information. The method of data analysis and the framework of the research. The third chapter includes the research results, including the basic situation of the survey subjects, the level of happiness of college students entrepreneurs, social support level. The fourth chapter is an analysis of the impact of social support on happiness of college student entrepreneurs. In the fifth chapter, through the discussion of the research results, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to promote social support and happiness of college student entrepreneurs.
