【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)老齡化社會(huì)的來臨和空巢家庭的逐漸增多，養(yǎng)老問題成為社會(huì)中越來越突出的問題之一，機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的需求也在逐漸增加為研究如何使用社會(huì)工作的理念和方法服務(wù)于我國(guó)的機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老工作，本文運(yùn)用個(gè)案工作方法，以貴陽市某敬老院中一位入住老人為工作對(duì)象，以專業(yè)視角介入目標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)和目標(biāo)群體，針對(duì)其具體問題制訂了工作計(jì)劃和方法，通過三個(gè)階段的工作和訪談，幫助其解決：因近期敬老院房間調(diào)整而導(dǎo)致的不滿對(duì)敬老院服務(wù)的滿意度低以及自我價(jià)值感缺失等問題經(jīng)過與敬老院負(fù)責(zé)人的溝通聯(lián)系，案主的房間調(diào)整問題獲得解決；向敬老院提交一份服務(wù)計(jì)劃書，提升工作人員服務(wù)水平加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，改變?nèi)胱±先藢?duì)敬老院的看法；幫助案主回憶生命中美好的事情，充分發(fā)掘案主的興趣愛好，，使之體會(huì)到生活的樂趣和生命的價(jià)值將社會(huì)工作的理念和方法運(yùn)用于養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)中，能在一定程度上改善入住老人的生活狀況，提升入住老人的幸福感，但社會(huì)工作的發(fā)展面臨新的要求和挑戰(zhàn)
[Abstract]:With the coming of the aging society and the increasing number of empty nest families in our country, the problem of providing for the aged has become one of the more and more prominent problems in the society. In order to study how to use the concept and method of social work to serve the institutional old-age care work in China, the demand for institutional old-age care is also increasing gradually. This paper applies the case work method to take an elderly person in a residential care home in Guiyang as the object of work. Engaging target institutions and target groups from a professional perspective, developing work plans and methodologies for their specific problems, through three stages of work and interviews, Help them to solve: because of the recent adjustment of the elderly home room caused by dissatisfaction with the elderly home service low satisfaction and lack of self-worth and other issues through the communication with the responsible person of the elderly home, the problem of room adjustment of the victim has been resolved; Submit a service plan to the homes for the elderly, upgrade the service level of the staff, strengthen infrastructure construction, change the views of the elderly on the homes for the elderly, help the victims recall the good things in their lives, and fully explore the interests and hobbies of the victims. To make it realize the joy of life and the value of life the idea and method of social work can be applied to the old-age care institutions to a certain extent to improve the living conditions of the elderly and enhance the well-being of the elderly. But the development of social work faces new demands and challenges.
