在農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)中引入小組工作方法

【摘要】:隨著城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的深入發(fā)展,政府對于農(nóng)民的能力建設(shè)越來越重視,針對農(nóng)民的培訓(xùn)從新中國成立初期到現(xiàn)在一直沒有間斷過。農(nóng)民的培訓(xùn)是我國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵。現(xiàn)階段針對農(nóng)民的培訓(xùn)班雖然數(shù)量眾多、內(nèi)容涉及多種領(lǐng)域、培訓(xùn)師資不斷壯大,可是培訓(xùn)效果仍然不理想。 通過對一所專門針對農(nóng)民的培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)——F機(jī)構(gòu)的農(nóng)民的培訓(xùn)的調(diào)查研究,分析了當(dāng)前培訓(xùn)過程中存在問題。筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)該機(jī)構(gòu)的培訓(xùn)方式與農(nóng)民能夠接受的方式不相符,農(nóng)民雖然接受了培訓(xùn),卻沒有達(dá)到應(yīng)有的效果。該機(jī)構(gòu)采取的培訓(xùn)方式主要是以授課為主的課堂教育,其中一些實(shí)踐性的技能教育,則為農(nóng)民在田間地頭的實(shí)踐教學(xué)。農(nóng)民學(xué)員對于課堂教育的接受存在一定困難,這主要表現(xiàn)在學(xué)員在課堂上無法集中精力、跟不上老師授課的進(jìn)度、不習(xí)慣多媒體的教學(xué)方法。針對這個(gè)問題,本文將小組工作的方法應(yīng)用到農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)中,小組工作具有能力建立、使小組成員社會化、解決問題、幫助組員成長以及實(shí)現(xiàn)其社會價(jià)值的功能。本文運(yùn)用小組工作活動的特點(diǎn),為農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)尋找適合的方式。本文以F機(jī)構(gòu)為例,對農(nóng)民進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查與評估,然后將農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)結(jié)合在小組活動當(dāng)中,對小組工作式的農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行初探,記錄其培訓(xùn)過程,評估培訓(xùn)的效果。對小組工作方法在農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行總結(jié)和反思,得出關(guān)于小組工作方法介入農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為進(jìn)一步探索在農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)中引入小組工作方法提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the government has paid more and more attention to the construction of farmers' ability. The training of farmers has not been interrupted until the beginning of the founding of new China. The training of farmers is the key to the construction of new rural areas in China. Capital is growing, but the effect of training is still not ideal.
Through the investigation and Research on the training of a farmer specializing in a training institution for farmers, the F organization, this paper analyzes the problems in the current training process. The author finds that the training mode of the organization is not consistent with the way that the farmers can accept the training. Although the farmers have received training, they have not achieved their due effect. The main way is class education based on teaching. Some practical skills education is the practice teaching of farmers in the field. There are some difficulties for the farmers to accept the class education. This is mainly manifested in the students can not concentrate their energy in the classroom, can not keep up with the progress of the teachers' teaching, and is not used to the teaching of multimedia. Method. In view of this problem, this paper applies the method of group work to the training of farmers. The team work has the ability to establish, make the members of the group socialized, solve the problems, help the team members grow up and realize their social value function. This paper uses the characteristics of the group work activities to find the suitable way for the training of farmers. This article is based on the F organization. For example, to investigate and evaluate the training needs of the farmers, then combine the training of farmers with the group activities, explore the training of the group working farmers, record the training process and evaluate the effect of the training, and summarize and reflect on the application of the working methods of the group in the farmer training, and draw a conclusion that the working methods of the group are involved in the farming. The experience of civilian training provides reference for further exploring the introduction of group work methods in farmer training.
