【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的普及,新媒體對(duì)青年產(chǎn)生了極其深刻的影響。一方面,新媒體開拓了青年的視野,拓展了青年政治參與的渠道;另一方面,新媒體作為技術(shù)手段,青年在使用過程中產(chǎn)生了異化的作用,它并不利于青年的理性表達(dá),甚至?xí)䦟?duì)社會(huì)政治秩序產(chǎn)生不利的影響。政府作為政治整合的主體,在新時(shí)期如何運(yùn)用新媒體手段,對(duì)青年進(jìn)行政治整合,成為了國家必須面臨重大問題。第一部分的主要內(nèi)容是對(duì)新媒體是對(duì)青年進(jìn)行政治整合面臨新環(huán)境的分析,論述了媒體與政治的關(guān)系,包括政治議程、公共輿論、政治監(jiān)督;新媒體對(duì)青年的影響,改變了青年的社會(huì)關(guān)系、青年亞文化的表達(dá)方式和道德習(xí)得模式;另外,本文還討論了政治整合與青年之間的關(guān)系,新媒體對(duì)青年進(jìn)行政治整合所具有的特點(diǎn)、角色分配、政治整合的類型和新要求等。第二部分的組要內(nèi)容是研究了運(yùn)用新媒體對(duì)青年進(jìn)行政治整合的相關(guān)問題。具體說來,新媒體對(duì)青年政治信息的輸入,包括新中國青年在政治整合上的演變、新媒體輸入的渠道、新媒體的輸入對(duì)青年進(jìn)行政治整合所產(chǎn)生負(fù)面的作用;新媒體對(duì)政治信息的輸出,這是青年民意的表現(xiàn),包括青年網(wǎng)絡(luò)民意的特點(diǎn)、青年民意的輸出方式、影響青年民意輸出的因素和多元民意對(duì)政治整合產(chǎn)生的影響;另外,還討論了政府通過新媒體對(duì)青年進(jìn)行政治整合將成為新常態(tài),包括“輸入和輸出”模式給政府政治整合帶來的難度,運(yùn)用新媒體對(duì)青年進(jìn)行政治整合的重要性等。第三部分的主要內(nèi)容就是運(yùn)用新媒體對(duì)進(jìn)行青年政治整合的對(duì)策分析。包括對(duì)青年進(jìn)行政治整合面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是信息傳遞、信息傳播速度過快和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的負(fù)面情緒容易產(chǎn)生失控等;運(yùn)用新媒體對(duì)青年進(jìn)行政治整合的對(duì)策:一是轉(zhuǎn)變政治整合方式,增強(qiáng)對(duì)青年輿論治理能力;二是加強(qiáng)政治整合的制度性建設(shè),讓新媒體與傳統(tǒng)治理方式協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn);三是化解政治整合的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),培育青年新媒體素養(yǎng);四是建立共青團(tuán)與青年的“訴求—回應(yīng)”機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)政治整合網(wǎng)格化管理。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of network technology, the new media has a profound impact on young people. On the one hand, the new media to develop youth view, expand the youth political participation channels; on the other hand, the new media as a technical means, the youth alienation function in the process of use, it is not conducive to the youth of the rational expression, even to affect adversely the social and political order. As the main body of political integration, the government has to face important problems in the new period, how to use new media means to carry on political integration to the youth. The first part of the main contents of the new media on the youth political integration analysis of the new environment, discusses the relationship between media and politics, including political agenda, public opinion, political supervision; the influence of new media on the youth, has changed the way of expression and moral acquisition mode of youth social relations, youth sub culture; in addition, this paper also discusses the relationship between political integration and the integration of youth, characteristics, new media has on youth political integration, political role distribution types and new requirements. The second part of the group is to study the issues related to the use of new media for the political integration of young people. Specifically, the input of new media on youth political information, including new media new Chinese youth in the political evolution, integration of new media input channels, input of political integration on youth negative effect; the output of new media on political information, this is the opinion of the young people, including the youth network public opinion the characteristics of youth, public opinion output mode, the output factors influence young public opinion and multiple public opinion on the impact of political integration; in addition, the government through the new media political integration of youth will become the new norm is also discussed, including "input and output" model integration brings difficulty to the government, political integration of youth the importance of the use of new media. The main content of the third part is the application of new media to the analysis of the Countermeasures for the political integration of young people. Including the risk of youth political integration is facing the information transfer, information dissemination speed and network easy to produce negative emotions out of control; Countermeasures of political integration on the youth of the use of new media: one is to change the political integration mode, to enhance the youth public governance capacity; the two is to strengthen the construction of the system of political integration. Let the new media and the traditional way of governance to promote the coordination; three is to defuse the risk of political integration, foster youth new media literacy; the four is the establishment of the Communist Youth League and the youth "demand response mechanism, strengthen the political integration of grid management.
