【摘要】：正一、當(dāng)前政府問(wèn)責(zé)存在突出問(wèn)題改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)尤其是黨的十八大以來(lái),我國(guó)政府問(wèn)責(zé)的體制機(jī)制建設(shè)不斷完善,在政府問(wèn)責(zé)方面取得了重大進(jìn)展與突出成就。但是,不可否認(rèn)的是,當(dāng)前依然存在著一些亟待解決的突出問(wèn)題。政治責(zé)任方面存在的突出問(wèn)題。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)政府管理中還存在著一些政治責(zé)任意識(shí)淡漠、政治問(wèn)責(zé)機(jī)制不完善的問(wèn)題。例如,違反黨的重大民生政策、群眾路線(xiàn)的事件頻繁發(fā)生,一些地方的個(gè)別領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部在房屋拆遷、企業(yè)改制、社會(huì)保障等涉及人民群眾切身利益的
[Abstract]:First, there are outstanding problems in government accountability at present. Since the reform and opening up, especially since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the system and mechanism of government accountability has been continuously improved, and great progress and outstanding achievements have been made in government accountability. However, it is undeniable that there are still some outstanding problems to be solved. The prominent problems in political responsibility. At present, there are still some problems in our government management, such as indifferent consciousness of political responsibility and imperfect mechanism of political accountability. For example, in violation of the Party's major policies on people's livelihood and frequent incidents of mass line, individual leading cadres in some places are involved in the immediate interests of the people in the demolition of houses, the restructuring of enterprises, and social security.
