中國和巴基斯坦工業(yè)化時(shí)期農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的比較研究

農(nóng)業(yè)是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),對促進(jìn)減貧和糧食安全具有重要意義?茖W(xué)技術(shù)的提高進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,F(xiàn)代化的機(jī)械、播種技術(shù)、農(nóng)藥化肥等農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,在促進(jìn)中國和巴基斯坦農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的同時(shí),也增加了國內(nèi)農(nóng)作物的產(chǎn)量。本研究旨在比較中巴兩國在工業(yè)化過程中的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率差異。研究重點(diǎn)在于探究中巴農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的技術(shù)變化、產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的主要差異。本研究數(shù)據(jù)主要來源于兩國的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)。本研究利用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)模型和隨機(jī)前沿分析(SFA)模型對中巴兩國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率進(jìn)行了評價(jià)。利用1978-2016年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),借助DEA模型分析兩國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的綜合效率、純技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率以全面分析兩國的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率。結(jié)果顯示,1978-2016年間,中國有9年的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)綜合效率為1,15年的純技術(shù)效率為1,而這些年份農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的優(yōu)化和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的進(jìn)步很大程度上依賴于農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)。因此,中國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的高低主要取決于農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)水平的高低。而1978-2016年間,約10年的規(guī)模效率為1,這意味著農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)投入達(dá)到了獲得最佳產(chǎn)出水平的最佳組合。然而,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)巴基斯坦的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)綜合效率在1978-2016年間...
