[Abstract]:A member of the Communist Party of China, a deputy to the Ninth Shanghai people's Congress, the former president of the Shanghai Institute of Education, the principles of the China Institute of Education, the executive director of the National normal Education Research Association, and the vice chairman of the National Institute of Pedagogy, Comrade Zhang Jiaxiang, former president of the Shanghai Institute of Education, died at Shanghai East China Hospital on June 25, 2015. He was 89 years old. Comrade Zhang Jiaxiang, born in Dongyang, Zhejiang Province on April 12, 1926, studied in Ningbo Middle School, Zhejiang Province from February 1941 to July 1947. He was admitted to the Department of Education, School of Arts and Arts, Zhejiang University in 1947. After graduating from 1951, he joined the newly established East China normal University. He served as assistant professor, lecturer and deputy lecturer in the Department of Education.
