【摘要】：永定河是北京地區(qū)最大的水系 ,由于河流的地勢(shì)落差與土質(zhì)差異 ,歷史上的永定河成為北京地區(qū)最大的水患之源 ,直接威脅京城地區(qū)的社會(huì)生活。然而歷代政府皆未建立相應(yīng)的專門管理機(jī)構(gòu)。直到清康熙年間 ,清政府在加大河道治理力度的同時(shí) ,在永定河設(shè)置官署 ,將永定河的治理正式納入國(guó)家的社會(huì)職能之中 ,使河道的治理制度化。清政府的治河所為 ,促進(jìn)了相應(yīng)的志書編纂 ,先后出現(xiàn)了《永定河志》和《永定河續(xù)志》二部志書�！队蓝ê又尽肥莻鹘y(tǒng)史學(xué)的經(jīng)世致用精神很好的體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Yongding River is the largest water system in Beijing area. Due to the difference of its topography and soil quality, Yongding River has become the biggest source of flooding in Beijing area, which directly threatens the social life of Beijing area. However, successive governments have not set up corresponding special management agencies. Until the Qing Dynasty Kangxi years, the Qing government increased the intensity of river regulation, at the same time, in Yongding River set up the official office, the Yongding River governance was formally incorporated into the national social functions, so as to institutionalize the river management. The work of the Qing government in regulating the river promoted the compilation of the corresponding records, followed by the emergence of "Yongding River Records" and "Yongding River Renewal Records". Yongding River Records is a good embodiment of the practical spirit of traditional historiography.
