【摘要】：通惠河是元明清時(shí)期京杭運(yùn)河北端的漕運(yùn)河道,但列入U(xiǎn)NESCO世界遺產(chǎn)預(yù)備名錄的京杭運(yùn)河項(xiàng)目中并未包括通惠河。為了在正式申報(bào)時(shí)彌補(bǔ)這一缺憾,筆者于2007年底對(duì)通惠河的歷史地理與遺產(chǎn)資源做了文獻(xiàn)梳理、社會(huì)調(diào)研與實(shí)地勘察,結(jié)果顯示:通惠河的運(yùn)河遺產(chǎn)資源價(jià)值較高,但運(yùn)河遺產(chǎn)資源的環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀,原住居民對(duì)運(yùn)河遺產(chǎn)資源的認(rèn)知程度不高,運(yùn)河遺產(chǎn)資源的保護(hù)管理力度不夠。有鑒于此,建議從三個(gè)方面加強(qiáng)通惠河遺產(chǎn)資源的保護(hù)與管理:重點(diǎn)保護(hù)符合申遺標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的遺產(chǎn)資源;綜合整治遺產(chǎn)資源本體及其環(huán)境;傳承發(fā)揚(yáng)運(yùn)河歷史文脈與非物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Tonghui River is the canal channel in the northern end of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal during the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, but it is not included in the project of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage preparation list. In order to make up for this shortcoming in the formal declaration, the author made a literature review on the historical geography and heritage resources of Tonghui River at the end of 2007, social investigation and field investigation. The results show that the value of the canal heritage resources of Tonghui River is high. However, the environmental status of canal heritage resources is not optimistic, the awareness of canal heritage resources is not high among the original residents, and the protection and management of canal heritage resources is not enough. In view of this, it is suggested to strengthen the protection and management of Tonghui River heritage resources from three aspects: to focus on the protection of heritage resources that meet the criteria of applying for inheritance; to comprehensively renovate heritage resources and their environment; to inherit and carry forward the historical context and intangible heritage of the Canal.
