【摘要】：中國(guó)海上絲綢之路申遺于2016年正式啟動(dòng),迄今尚無有關(guān)中國(guó)海上絲綢之路申遺專題的綜合研究成果。首先建議申遺項(xiàng)目的中英文名稱:絲綢之路-海路-中國(guó)段(Silk Road-Maritime Route in China),然后探討"絲綢之路"申遺的國(guó)際背景(除1項(xiàng)"絲綢之路:長(zhǎng)安-天山廊道路網(wǎng)"系列跨國(guó)世界遺產(chǎn)外,另有8國(guó)遞交9項(xiàng)"絲綢之路"預(yù)備項(xiàng)目)與"絲綢之路-海路-中國(guó)"項(xiàng)目的申報(bào)意義(主動(dòng)性、創(chuàng)新性、唯一性、均衡性、政治性、世界性)。并就申報(bào)項(xiàng)目的遺產(chǎn)內(nèi)容提出具體建議:遺產(chǎn)地從31處擴(kuò)展至141處,遺產(chǎn)類型在文物遺產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上增加了聚落遺產(chǎn)(歷史文化名鎮(zhèn)、名村、街區(qū))。最后提出在UNESCO世界遺產(chǎn)委員會(huì)建立"絲綢之路-海路"申遺專項(xiàng)基金。
[Abstract]:China's maritime Silk Road application was officially launched in 2016, and there has been no comprehensive research on the subject of China's maritime Silk Road application so far. First of all, the name of the proposed project in English and Chinese: the Silk Road-Sea Road-China Section (Silk Road-Maritime Route in China),) Then it discusses the international background of the "Silk Road" application (except for one "Silk Road: the Changan-Tianshan Corridor Network" series of transnational world heritage sites, In addition, 8 countries submitted 9 "Silk Road" preparatory projects and "Silk Road-Sea Road-China" project declaration significance (initiative, innovation, uniqueness, balance, political, worldwide). It also puts forward some specific suggestions on the contents of the declared projects: the heritage sites are expanded from 31 to 141, and the types of heritage are added to the settlement heritage (historical and cultural towns, villages and blocks). Finally, the paper puts forward the establishment of the Silk Road-Sea Road Special Fund in UNESCO World Heritage Committee.
