【摘要】：正在絕大多數(shù)的時(shí)間里,我腦子里被吃得健康塞滿,而我的身體則在不停運(yùn)動(dòng)。我并不見(jiàn)得特別熱衷整個(gè)行程,但是對(duì)結(jié)果心滿意足。必須承認(rèn),度假回來(lái)重新進(jìn)入鋼筋混凝土的莽莽叢林,依然能保持愉悅的心情,這種情況并不常見(jiàn)�；蛟S這次普吉島Amanpuri的Wellness Trip(健康之旅)確實(shí)有著與眾不同的功效。雖然在那幾天里,除了一趟膩在榻上一動(dòng)不動(dòng)的出海之外,剩下的絕大多數(shù)的時(shí)間里,我腦子里被吃得健康塞滿,而我的身體則在不停運(yùn)動(dòng)。我并不見(jiàn)得特別熱衷整個(gè)行程,但是對(duì)結(jié)果心滿意足。
[Abstract]:Most of the time, my brain is full of healthy food and my body keeps moving. I wasn't particularly keen on the whole trip, but I was satisfied with the result. It is not common to admit that returning from vacation to the jungle of reinforced concrete can still keep a cheerful mood. Perhaps this Amanpuri Wellness Trip (health trip on Phuket has a different effect. Although during those days, except for a staid trip to the sea on my couch, most of the time my mind was filled with healthy food, and my body kept moving. I wasn't particularly keen on the whole trip, but I was satisfied with the result.
