【摘要】：檳榔是我國傳統(tǒng)的藥材及嗜好品,在我國有著悠久的栽培和嚼食史,國內(nèi)對(duì)此方面的研究尚嫌薄弱。本文從歷史地理角度對(duì)我國檳榔種植格局,檳榔習(xí)俗文化空間分布與地區(qū)差異,檳榔的制作、嚼食方法及銷售方向,檳榔禮俗的衰減四個(gè)方面作了進(jìn)一步探討,希望有助于學(xué)界對(duì)檳榔栽培與檳榔習(xí)俗文化歷史演變的深入研究。
[Abstract]:Betel nut is a traditional medicinal material and hobby in China, which has a long history of cultivation and chewing. In this paper, the pattern of betel nut planting in China, the spatial distribution of betel nut customs and culture and regional differences, the production of betel nut, the method of chewing and the direction of sale, and the attenuation of etiquette and custom of betel nut are further discussed in this paper from the point of view of history and geography. The hope is helpful to the further study on the cultivation of betel nut and the historical evolution of the culture of betel nut customs.
