中國影視基地發(fā)展研究

【摘要】：20世紀80年代以來,在國外知名影視基地的影響之下,為滿足國內(nèi)影視拍攝制作的需要,我國影視基地建設開始起步,歷經(jīng)三十多年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)步入快速發(fā)展階段。從發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀來看,中國影視基地發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)資源稟賦支撐、政策支持、文化開發(fā)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚等發(fā)展特征,但由于起步較晚、缺乏經(jīng)驗、過度追求規(guī)模效益等原因,中國影視基地存在缺乏整體合理規(guī)劃、忽視區(qū)域文化的作用、功能定位不明確、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不完整、人才缺失等諸多現(xiàn)實問題。影視產(chǎn)業(yè)由于其自身的文化性和傳播性被視為一種特殊的文化產(chǎn)業(yè),中國影視基地發(fā)展研究有利于我國影視業(yè)繼續(xù)推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)整體又好又快發(fā)展,不斷滿足人民群眾日益增長的精神文化需求,同時有助于促進中國影視基地“速度”與“質量”并重的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟效益、文化效益、社會效益、生態(tài)環(huán)境效益四大效益的協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一。本文立足于中國影視基地發(fā)展的整體,以人地關系、文化整合、旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、新產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)等理論作為理論抓手,采用實地調(diào)查法、文獻分析法、因子分析法等研究方法展開中國影視基地發(fā)展研究。全文由緒論、正文、結論與討論三部分組成,緒論部分主要是研究進行的前期準備工作,包括研究背景、研究意義、研究思路與研究方法、影視基地研究述評。正文由五部分組成,第一部分是基本概念與理論基礎,對基本概念進行厘清并確定了研究對象,也奠定了研究的理論基礎。第二部分是影視基地發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀。包括國內(nèi)外影視基地發(fā)展歷程、中國影視基地空間分布特征、發(fā)展特征、發(fā)展中存在的問題。第三部分是影視基地發(fā)展影響因素分析。第四部分是中國影視基地發(fā)展模式分析。第五部分是中國影視基地發(fā)展的對策與建議。論文最后主要對研究結論進行介紹,對研究過程中的重點難點和不足之處進行討論。經(jīng)研究,本文認為中國影視基地經(jīng)歷三十多年的發(fā)展,無論微觀方面還是宏觀方面都發(fā)生了巨大變化,中國影視基地發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀折射出的諸多發(fā)展問題亟待解決,影視基地發(fā)展對策和建議應貼近現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展實際。影視基地發(fā)展影響因素的分析有助于明確影視基地的功能定位及未來發(fā)展方向,也是影視基地發(fā)展模式構建的前提。影視基地的建立和發(fā)展是一項事關內(nèi)、外部系統(tǒng)多種影響因素及利益主體的龐大而系統(tǒng)的工程,能否根據(jù)實際情況構建出自身的影視基地發(fā)展模式將是未來影視基地成敗的關鍵。影視基地發(fā)展模式應注重各利益主體之間關系的協(xié)調(diào),并根據(jù)影視基地的外部環(huán)境、影響因素以及各利益主體之間關系的變化不斷對影視基地發(fā)展模式進行優(yōu)化和調(diào)整,實現(xiàn)影視基地的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, under the influence of famous foreign film and television bases, in order to meet the needs of domestic film and television production, the construction of film and television base in China has begun to start, after more than 30 years of development, has entered a rapid development stage. From the perspective of the development process and present situation, the development of China's film and television base shows the characteristics of resource endowment support, policy support, cultural development, industrial agglomeration, but due to the late start, lack of experience, excessive pursuit of scale benefits and other reasons. There are many practical problems in China's film and television bases, such as lack of overall and reasonable planning, neglect of the role of regional culture, unclear function orientation, incomplete industrial chain, lack of talents, and so on. The film and television industry is regarded as a special cultural industry because of its own culture and dissemination, and the research on the development of China's film and television base is conducive to the continued promotion of the cultural industry as a whole and the rapid development of the cultural industry in China. Constantly meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the people, and at the same time help promote the sustainable development of China's film and television base "speed" and "quality", and realize economic, cultural and social benefits. The coordination and unification of the four major benefits of ecological and environmental benefits. Based on the overall development of China's film and television base, this paper takes the theories of human-land relationship, cultural integration, sustainable tourism development, industrial cluster and new industrial district as the theoretical grasp, adopts field investigation method and literature analysis method. Factor analysis and other research methods to launch the development of China's film and television base research. The paper is composed of three parts: introduction, text, conclusion and discussion. The introduction is mainly about the preparatory work of the research, including the research background, the significance of the research, the research ideas and methods, and the review of the research on the film and television base. The text is composed of five parts, the first part is the basic concept and theoretical basis, to clarify the basic concepts and determine the object of study, but also laid a theoretical foundation for the study. The second part is the development course and present situation of film and television base. Including the development process of domestic and foreign film and television bases, the spatial distribution characteristics of Chinese film and television bases, and the problems existing in the development. The third part is the film and television base development influence factor analysis. The fourth part is the analysis of the development mode of Chinese film and television base. The fifth part is the countermeasure and suggestion of the development of Chinese film and television base. At the end of the paper, the main research conclusions are introduced, and the key difficulties and shortcomings in the research process are discussed. Through the research, this paper thinks that the development of China's film and television base has experienced more than 30 years, both micro and macro aspects have undergone tremendous changes, the current situation of China's film and television base development reflects a number of development problems to be solved urgently. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the film and television base should be close to the development reality of the present stage. The analysis of the influencing factors of the development of the film and television base is helpful to clarify the function orientation and the future development direction of the film and television base, and is also the premise of the construction of the development mode of the film and television base. The establishment and development of the film and television base is a huge and systematic project involving a variety of factors affecting the internal and external systems and the main body of interests. Whether or not we can construct our own development mode of film and television base according to the actual situation will be the key to the success or failure of the film and television base in the future. The development mode of the film and television base should pay attention to the coordination of the relations between the main interests, and constantly optimize and adjust the development mode of the film and television base according to the external environment of the film and television base, the influencing factors and the change of the relationship between the various interest subjects. Realize the sustainable development of film and television base.
