秦浙江郡考

【摘要】：歷來論秦郡的論著從未提及浙江郡。秦滅楚所設(shè)會稽郡,南界浙江。到秦統(tǒng)一全國的公元前221年,浙江水以南的廣大區(qū)域,尚未納入秦帝國的版圖�！妒酚�.高祖功臣侯者年表》所載:陳嬰"定豫章、浙江,都浙,[定]自立為王壯息";陳賀"定會稽、浙江、湖陽,侯",兩處"浙江"不能讀作水名,應(yīng)該都是行政區(qū)域。雖然《年表》所敘之事在秦亡之后,但秦楚之際連續(xù)幾年的混戰(zhàn)中,不可能對秦的行政區(qū)劃有所更動�，F(xiàn)存秦代印璽中的"都水"印,如"東晦都水"、"齊都水印"、"瑯邪都水"、"長沙都水",均為郡一級行政官員印璽,"浙江都水"自也不應(yīng)例外。上海博物館藏秦璽印"浙江都水"也可證浙江為一級行政區(qū)劃。秦浙江郡東瀕海,與會稽郡、鄣郡(故鄣郡)、九江郡(廬江郡、豫章郡)、閩中郡相接。
[Abstract]:The works on Qin County have never mentioned Zhejiang County. Qin Ming Chu set up Huiji County, the southern boundary of Zhejiang. By 221 BC, the vast area south of Zhejiang River had not yet been incorporated into the territory of the Qin Empire. Chen Ying, Chen Yinzhang, Zhejiang, [determined] self-reliance for Wang Zhuangxi; Chen he, "fix Huiji, Zhejiang, Huyang, Hou", two "Zhejiang" can not be read as water name, should be administrative region. Although the events described in the chronology were after the death of Qin, it was impossible to change the administrative divisions of Qin during the years of scuffles between Qin and Chu. The existing seal of Qin Dynasty, such as "Dongyou du Shui", "Qi du Watermark", "Lang evil capital water", "Changsha du Shui", are all county administrative officials seal, "Zhejiang Dushui" is no exception. Shanghai Museum of Qin Xi seal "Zhejiang City Water" can also be identified as a first-level administrative division of Zhejiang. Qin, Zhejiang east sea, and Huiji County, Zhang County (Zhang County), Jiujiang County (Lujiang County, Yuzhang County), Minzhong County.
