【摘要】：斯坦因說玉門關(guān)得名于西域玉石之輸入。查古代史、志、記、傳及各種類書皆無此說,現(xiàn)當代權(quán)威性詞書及地名詞典亦不取此說,斷知其說無稽。本文以為,“玉門”一詞系借用西漢以前舊有成詞�！兑住酚小拔鞅敝浴瓰橛駷榻稹敝�,又有“金性剛堅”、“玉質(zhì)溫潤”之說,“金”之堅剛,用之以抗威誅逆;玉質(zhì)溫潤,用以示仁而澤外�！敖痍P(guān)”、“玉門”二名互匹,兼示性質(zhì)功能之別。
[Abstract]:Stein said that the Yumen pass was named after the input of jade in the Western region. There is no such theory in ancient history, chronicles, records, biographies and various kinds of books, nor in modern and contemporary authoritative word books and geographical names dictionaries. This article thinks that the word "Yumen" is borrowed from the old words of the Western Han Dynasty. For the jade for gold, there are also "gold strong", "jade gentle" said, "gold" strong, with the use of resistance to the enemy; jade gentle, to show benevolence and lustre outside. "Jin Guan", "Yumen" two names, and show the nature of the function of the distinction.
