【摘要】：在評析傳統(tǒng)的住宅經(jīng)濟區(qū)位論的基礎上 ,文章提出了居住環(huán)境的生態(tài)價值對住宅區(qū)位的重要意義 ,進而從經(jīng)濟因素和環(huán)境因素兩個角度提出了城市住宅的生態(tài)區(qū)位模型。并以上海市為例分析了環(huán)境生態(tài)價值對商品住宅價格的影響 ,以及對未來住宅區(qū)位的幾點啟示。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the traditional theory of residential economic zone, the paper puts forward the significance of ecological value of residential environment to residential area, and then puts forward the ecological location model of urban housing from two angles of economic and environmental factors. Taking Shanghai as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of environmental ecological value on the price of commercial housing and some enlightenment to the future residential area.
