【摘要】：近十年來,世界上主要的地緣政治危機幾乎都發(fā)生在五個"地中海"地區(qū),分別是歐洲—北非地中海、黑海、波羅的海、東北亞"地中海"和南海。這一是因為各"地中海"歷史、地理、宗教和政治生態(tài)復雜,易引發(fā)地緣政治危機;二是因為五個"地中海"是海洋、歐亞大陸、東亞、伊斯蘭四大地緣戰(zhàn)略板塊的結合部,隨著地緣戰(zhàn)略板塊的運動,尤其是在海洋板塊擴張作用下,各板塊在結合部激烈碰撞,致使相關區(qū)域發(fā)生一系列地緣政治危機。面對一個未來更加條塊分割的世界,各戰(zhàn)略板塊圍繞"地中海"的爭奪將更趨激烈。維護中國的"地中海權益",關鍵是要推動各地緣戰(zhàn)略板塊達成守望和平、互利共贏的戰(zhàn)略共識;樹立"地中海思維",在多種文明、宗教、歷史交匯的特定地理空間內,多種力量的均勢、均衡與合作是走向和平與繁榮的關鍵。
[Abstract]:In the last decade, almost all the major geopolitical crises in the world have occurred in five "Mediterranean" regions, namely, Euro-North Africa Mediterranean, Black Sea, Baltic Sea, Northeast Asia Mediterranean and South China Sea. This is due to the complexity of the history, geography, religion and political ecology of the "Mediterranean", which can easily lead to geopolitical crises; second, because the five "Mediterranean" are the convergence of the four geostrategic plates of the oceans, Eurasia, East Asia, and Islam. With the movement of geo-strategic plates, especially the expansion of oceanic plates, each plate collides violently in the junction, resulting in a series of geopolitical crises in the related regions. In the face of a more fragmented world in the future, competition among strategic plates around the Mediterranean will become more intense. To safeguard China's "Mediterranean rights and interests," the key is to promote a strategic consensus on keeping watch for peace and mutual benefit among strategic plates in various parts of the country; and to establish a "Mediterranean thinking" within the specific geographical space where various civilizations, religions, and history meet. Balance of power, balance and cooperation are the key to peace and prosperity.
