【摘要】：正2013年5月3日,世界自然保護(hù)聯(lián)盟(IUCN)發(fā)布專(zhuān)家技術(shù)評(píng)估報(bào)告,向世界遺產(chǎn)委員會(huì)建議:基于自然標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建議將新疆天山(中國(guó))項(xiàng)目列入世界遺產(chǎn)名錄。2009年,新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)黨委、政府以"新疆天山"提名申報(bào)世界自然遺產(chǎn),系列遺產(chǎn)提名地由托木爾、喀拉峻—庫(kù)爾德寧、巴音布魯克和博格達(dá)4部分組成,提名遺產(chǎn)地總面積606 833 hm~2,緩沖區(qū)總面積491103 hm~2。這是天山最具代表性的區(qū)域,集中展現(xiàn)了天山獨(dú)特的地質(zhì)地貌、植被類(lèi)型、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、生物多樣性和自然景觀(guān)。2011年,完成國(guó)際專(zhuān)家論證和綜合文本的編制工作;2012年1月,經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院審批簽發(fā),作為2013年中國(guó)唯一申報(bào)的世界自然遺產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目提交聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織世界遺產(chǎn)委員
[Abstract]:On 3 May 2013, IUCNA issued an expert technical assessment report recommending to the World Heritage Committee that the Tianshan (China) project in Xinjiang be included in the World Heritage list on the basis of natural standards. 2009, The party committee and the government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region declare the World Natural Heritage with the nomination of "Xinjiang Tianshan." the nominees for the series of heritage sites are composed of four parts: Tomur, Kera Jun-Kurdenin, Bayinbrook and Bogda. The total area of the nominated estate is 606 833 hmm2 and the total buffer area is 491103 hmm2. This is the most representative region of Tianshan Mountain, focusing on the unique geological and geomorphological features, vegetation types, ecosystems, biodiversity and natural landscape of Tianshan Mountain. In 2011, the preparation of an international expert demonstration and synthesis text was completed; in January 2012, Approved and issued by the State Council, submitted to UNESCO World Heritage Committee as China's only declared World Natural Heritage Project in 2013
