【摘要】：正中國各地茶館不少,因國人都有品茶的習(xí)慣,因此各地茶館之多也不足為奇了。但茶館的種類,大都單一,而昔日北京天橋之茶館,不僅多而且種類豐富,規(guī)模之大,非各地所比,且都很有特色……在清末道光年以前,天橋真正稱之茶館的不多,大都是茶攤,即用木板搭的桌子,用白、蘭布一鋪,設(shè)二、三條板凳,茶客逛天橋走累了,走渴了,坐在這里飲茶歇腿而矣!另外就是賣大碗茶的散戶,用扁擔(dān)挑著,一邊是大茶壺,一邊是一條柳條筐,里邊放著粗瓷大碗,喝大碗茶的,都是勞動人民,大碗茶的茶葉是次品,人們蹲著喝上兩三碗,花錢少許。大茶壺的水又熱又濃,大茶壺用一層棉布包著,可以保溫,兩碗濃茶入肚,渴累全消,扔下少許零錢,欣然而去。自道光末年至民國中期,天橋經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮,游人眾多,陸續(xù)在天橋一帶開張

The tea leaves in large bowls are defective, and people squatting down to drink two or three bowls. Spend a little money. The water of the big teapot was hot and thick. The teapot was wrapped in a layer of cotton cloth and could keep warm. Two bowls of thick tea entered the stomach, exhausted all thirst, and threw down a little change. From the end of the year of Tao Guang to the middle of the Republic of China, the economy of flyover was prosperous, the visitors were numerous, and the overpass was opened one after another.
