【摘要】：本文將中國近代城市化的首發(fā)之地——上海作為研究對象,以開埠后租界城市空間擴展的微觀過程為視角,系統(tǒng)探討其河浜資源利用與相關(guān)環(huán)境變遷的內(nèi)在機制與驅(qū)動力,并對深層的制度背景進行分析。本文的研究結(jié)論是:從城市建立的初期開始,租界工部局就僅出于實用目的對自然河浜的排水功能加以利用,以私人化的地產(chǎn)分布、地產(chǎn)開發(fā)需求以及馬路的拓建規(guī)劃為基本導(dǎo)向,對河浜進行無序填沒和管道化改造,而忽略了方格狀感潮河網(wǎng)的環(huán)境脆弱性以及河浜除排水以外的其他生態(tài)功能。這種受城市空間擴展自然驅(qū)動的河浜利用方式,導(dǎo)致了嚴重的河浜形態(tài)破碎與功能紊亂,成為近代以來上海地區(qū)黑臭河道不斷產(chǎn)生的主要原因。其制度根源主要在于:租界直接承襲了19世紀英國城市環(huán)境改造理念,并受到自治市制度的局限。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Shanghai, the first place of China's modern urbanization, as the object of study. From the perspective of the microscopic process of urban space expansion in concession area after the opening of the port, this paper systematically discusses the internal mechanism and driving force of the utilization of riparian resources and related environmental changes. And carries on the analysis to the deep system background. The conclusion of this paper is: from the initial stage of the city establishment, the Bureau of concession and Industry used the drainage function of the natural river creek for practical purposes only, so as to private the distribution of real estate. Based on the demand for real estate development and the road construction planning, the river creek was unordered filled and piped, while the environmental fragility of the grid tidal river network and other ecological functions of the river creek except drainage were neglected. This kind of river creek utilization mode driven by the urban space expansion naturally leads to the serious fragmentation and functional disorder of the river creek which has become the main reason for the continuous emergence of the black and smelly rivers in Shanghai since modern times. The root of the system lies in: concession directly inherited the 19th century British urban environmental transformation concept, and was limited by the system of municipalities.
