【摘要】：為解釋20世紀(jì)70年代以來的全球重構(gòu)現(xiàn)象,西方人文地理學(xué)經(jīng)歷了尺度轉(zhuǎn)向并開展了尺度重組的理論和實(shí)證研究。“尺度重組”的常見含義有三類:抽象層面的社會(huì)建構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上尺度的歷史演變、具體層面的國家或城市尺度重組以及政治斗爭視角的行動(dòng)者對(duì)尺度的運(yùn)用。這一概念具備4個(gè)基本要素或特征,即尺度的社會(huì)建構(gòu)和動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn)、尺度重組同政治斗爭的關(guān)聯(lián)性、尺度重組的路徑依賴性以及尺度重組同其他空間維度的關(guān)聯(lián)性�；诋�(dāng)前理論和實(shí)證研究,尺度重組的典型地域性管制實(shí)踐可歸納為行政權(quán)限調(diào)整、行政區(qū)劃調(diào)整、地方增長極的培育和跨邊界區(qū)域合作。
[Abstract]:In order to explain the phenomenon of global reconstruction since 1970s, the western humanistic geography has undergone a scale shift and carried out theoretical and empirical research on scale reorganization. There are three kinds of common meanings of "scale reorganization": the historical evolution of the scale based on the social construction in the abstract level, the reorganization of the national or urban scale in the concrete level and the application of the scale by the actors in the perspective of political struggle. This concept has four basic elements or characteristics, namely, the social construction and dynamic evolution of scale, the correlation between scale reorganization and political struggle, the path dependence of scale reorganization, and the correlation between scale reorganization and other spatial dimensions. Based on the current theoretical and empirical studies, the typical regional regulatory practices of scale reorganization can be summarized as administrative authority adjustment, administrative division adjustment, cultivation of local growth poles and cross-border regional cooperation.
