【摘要】：正去年9月,習(xí)近平主席在出訪中亞四國時提出共同建設(shè)"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶"的倡議,并將其作為一項造福沿途各國人民的大事業(yè)以來,有關(guān)"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶"的各省區(qū)都在考究匯總,相繼推出重大項目,都希望能夠成為重建絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶的領(lǐng)跑者。甘肅,作為地處黃河上游,東接陜西,南控巴蜀、青海,西倚新疆,北扼內(nèi)蒙、寧夏的古絲綢之路的鎖匙之地和黃金路段,更是積極響應(yīng),根據(jù)中央精神相繼出臺了各項地方政策和建設(shè)方案,努力為重建絲綢之路打開一條綠色通道,使之像一塊瑰麗的寶玉,鑲嵌在中國黃土高原、青藏高原和內(nèi)蒙古高原上。
[Abstract]:In September last year, when visiting the four Central Asian countries, President Xi Jinping put forward the initiative of jointly constructing the "Silk Road Economic Belt" as a great undertaking for the benefit of the people of all countries along the way.All the provinces and districts concerned with the "Silk Road Economic Belt" are looking forward to becoming leaders in the reconstruction of the Silk Road Economic Belt by launching major projects one after another.Gansu, located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, connected with Shaanxi in the east, Bashu in the south, Qinghai in the west, Xinjiang in the west, Inner Mongolia in the north, and the golden section of the ancient Silk Road in Ningxia, is even more responsive.In accordance with the spirit of the Central Committee, various local policies and construction plans have been issued one after another, and efforts have been made to open a green passage for the reconstruction of the Silk Road, making it like a magnificent piece of precious jade inlaid on the Chinese Loess Plateau, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Inner Mongolia Plateau.
