【摘要】：中國(guó)的城鎮(zhèn)體系與江河流域形成了較好的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,但淮河流域是一個(gè)例外——淮河流域從古到今似乎從未形成完整的城鎮(zhèn)體系.一個(gè)解釋是,由于黃河與淮河水系的相互作用,破壞了淮河流域城鎮(zhèn)體系發(fā)育的自然條件(天災(zāi)論點(diǎn)).作者通過(guò)歷史資料分析,提出另外一種解釋:對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)而言,城鎮(zhèn)體系的發(fā)展需要漫長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間,但由于極權(quán)政治導(dǎo)致的體制固有缺陷,中國(guó)歷史演化很難維持百年以上的和平.淮河流域之所以沒(méi)有發(fā)育成完整的城鎮(zhèn)體系,主要原因是戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的破壞作用(人禍論點(diǎn)),而不是黃河泛淮.淮河水系是中國(guó)南北的自然和人文地理分界線,在政治地理和軍事地理方面都具有非常重要的戰(zhàn)略地位.由于歷史上各種政治勢(shì)力的南征北伐常常掃蕩淮河流域,城鎮(zhèn)體系在此地?zé)o法平穩(wěn)地發(fā)育成型.
[Abstract]:China's urban system has formed a good correspondence with the river basin, but the Huaihe River basin is an exception-the Huaihe River basin has never formed a complete urban system from ancient to present. One explanation is that because of the interaction between the Yellow River and the Huaihe River system, It destroyed the natural conditions for the development of the urban system in the Huaihe River Basin. The author, through the analysis of historical data, put forward another explanation: for the agricultural society, it takes a long time for the development of the urban system to take a long time. However, due to the inherent defects of the system caused by totalitarian politics, it is very difficult for China's historical evolution to maintain peace for more than a hundred years.The Huaihe River Basin has not developed into a complete urban system. The main reason is the destructive effect of the war (man-made disaster argument), not the Yellow River, the Pan-Huaihe River system, which is the natural and humanistic geographical boundary between the north and the south of China. It has a very important strategic position in political geography and military geography. Due to the history of the political forces of the Southern Expedition and the Northern Expedition which often sweep the Huaihe River valley the urban system can not develop smoothly here.
