【摘要】：文章通過文獻分析法,在回顧西方家庭廚房研究的背景和內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)得出:西方文化地理學(xué)在全球化、現(xiàn)代化、城市化、后殖民化和后工業(yè)化的背景下,主要從物質(zhì)文化、性別文化和跨地方文化3方面探討了現(xiàn)代廚房作為社會文化空間的建構(gòu),它們認為廚房作為一個家庭空間,具有強烈的社會性,并強調(diào)廚房在構(gòu)建人類日常生活和社會環(huán)境之間關(guān)系的過程中起主導(dǎo)性作用,而并非僅僅是家庭烹飪活動的承載空間�；诖�,根據(jù)當代中國城市家庭的特點,文章對中國文化地理學(xué)的家庭研究現(xiàn)狀進行了展望,指出今后中國文化地理的家庭研究需將家庭視為一個社會文化空間,分析家庭如何成為連結(jié)不同尺度空間的重要節(jié)點以及如何承載復(fù)雜的社會關(guān)系和社會分工,以期對中國文化地理學(xué)的家庭研究以及有關(guān)微觀空間研究的進一步發(fā)展作出理論方面的貢獻。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reviewing the background and content of western family kitchen research, the paper concludes that the western cultural geography is in the background of globalization, modernization, urbanization, post-colonization and post-industrialization. This paper mainly discusses the construction of modern kitchen as a social and cultural space from three aspects: material culture, gender culture and cross-local culture. They think that kitchen as a family space has a strong sociality. It also emphasizes that kitchen plays a leading role in the process of constructing the relationship between human daily life and social environment, and is not just the carrying space of family cooking activities. Based on this, according to the characteristics of urban families in contemporary China, The present situation of family research in Chinese cultural geography is prospected, and it is pointed out that family should be regarded as a sociocultural space in the family study of Chinese cultural geography in the future. Analysis of how the family becomes an important node connecting different scales and how it carries complex social relations and social division of labour, In order to make a theoretical contribution to the family study of Chinese cultural geography and the further development of microspatial research.
