上海知識型移民的價值傾向與文化適應(yīng)狀況初探

隨著現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展和城市化的加速,城市間流動人口在數(shù)量和范圍上持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,而上海,作為中國國內(nèi)吸引外地勞動力最多的城市,每年都有數(shù)十萬的外地人口涌入。在此背景下,對于流動人口的跨文化適應(yīng)研究已成為無法規(guī)避的社會課題。本研究以上海知識型移民為研究對象,著重探索了他們的價值傾向(Value Priorities)與跨文化適應(yīng)水平(Acculturation Level)。 本研究選擇了施瓦茲個人研究層面的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)版價值觀問卷Portrait Value Questionnaire (PVQ)和陳菲菲的上海年輕知識型移民跨文化適應(yīng)水平的量表AL-YKM-SH作為測量工具,采取定量分析的方法,對上海知識型移民的價值傾向和文化適應(yīng)水平做了考察,并進(jìn)一步測量了以上量表的有效性和可信度。 本項(xiàng)研究揭示了上海知識型移民的首要價值觀為“自我的方向”,“博愛”和“成就”。除了對于“享受生活”這一價值觀的傾向度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低與上海本地員工以外,其余的價值傾向基本相同。通過對上海知識型移民的文化適應(yīng)程度的考察發(fā)現(xiàn):大部分受試者雖然感覺在上海的生活壓力過大,但是基本上精神狀態(tài)健康,擁有良好的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)和較高的社會認(rèn)可度。然而,他...
