【摘要】：正和平時期人口流動的主要動力是經(jīng)濟和人口的地區(qū)差距。地區(qū)間的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡導致勞動力流向就業(yè)機會更好的地區(qū),人口老化的地區(qū)需要吸引外來年輕勞動力以維持經(jīng)濟增長的活力。近年來,人口流動已成為全球經(jīng)濟和發(fā)展議題中的重要內容,中國的人口流動也不例外。
[Abstract]:The main driving force of population movement during the period of peace is the regional gap between the economy and the population. Unbalanced economic development between regions leads to better labour flows to areas where employment opportunities are better, and ageing areas need to attract outside young labour to sustain the vitality of economic growth. In recent years, population mobility has become an important part of global economic and development issues, and China's population flow is no exception.
