【摘要】：在"全面二孩"生育政策背景下,本文利用中山市二孩生育需求調查數(shù)據(jù),重點考察了家庭的經(jīng)濟支持、照料支持和精神支持對職業(yè)女性二孩生育決策的影響。結果顯示,當丈夫對家庭經(jīng)濟的貢獻較大或者夫妻雙方的經(jīng)濟貢獻差不多時,職業(yè)女性生育二孩的可能性相對較高;若生育二孩,家庭成員提供的照料支持、精神支持的可能性越大,職業(yè)女性生育二孩的可能性越大;而且,家庭照料支持可獲性的增加能夠提高所有育齡女性的二孩生育可能性。文章認為,在目前家庭規(guī)模不斷縮小的情況下,"全面二孩"生育政策政策的有效落實還需要相關配套措施尤其是家庭支持政策的完善。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "comprehensive two-child" fertility policy, this paper focuses on the influence of family economic support, care support and spiritual support on the birth decision of working women by using the survey data of second-child birth demand in Zhongshan City. The results showed that when the husband contributed more to the family economy or the husband and wife had the same economic contribution, the working women were relatively more likely to have two children; if they gave birth to two children, the greater the possibility of mental support, the more likely the working women were to have two children; moreover, the increased availability of family care support could increase the possibility of two children for all women of childbearing age. The article holds that under the condition that the family size is shrinking constantly, the effective implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" birth policy still needs the relevant supporting measures, especially the improvement of the family support policy.
