【摘要】：正為認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)好《國(guó)家人口計(jì)生委關(guān)于方便群眾辦證的通知》精神,河南省南陽(yáng)市宛城區(qū)高度重視,堅(jiān)持六項(xiàng)措施,切實(shí)優(yōu)化服務(wù),徹底解決群眾辦證難問題。公開計(jì)劃生育辦證信息。根據(jù)新的要求,在區(qū)政府官方網(wǎng)站、區(qū)人口計(jì)生委官方網(wǎng)站公開計(jì)劃生育辦證事項(xiàng),使群眾一看便知如何辦理。區(qū)人口計(jì)生委印制了3萬(wàn)份《宛城區(qū)計(jì)劃生育證件辦理服務(wù)指南》,包括計(jì)劃生育證件的辦理依據(jù)、條件、程序、時(shí)限、需提交的證明材料目錄、申請(qǐng)表式樣范本、服務(wù)承諾等,進(jìn)村入戶發(fā)放到群眾手中,使群眾足不出戶即可了解辦證事項(xiàng)。
