【摘要】：通過對比人口老齡化背景下國外老年人住房發(fā)展的特征,介紹了國外老年人住宅在政策的引導下從居住、護理等角度進行設計,滿足老年人居家養(yǎng)老需求的經(jīng)驗,重點分析了美國、日本等國家老年住宅在政策變化、住宅特征與老年人居住模式、護理需求等方面的結(jié)合,以及保障性住房的適老性導向等對上海的啟示。根據(jù)上海老年人口變化趨勢及住房規(guī)劃特征,從政策引導、保障房建設和舊住房改造的適老性幾個方面提出了建議,對于進一步促進上海居家養(yǎng)老保障體系的完善具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:By comparing the characteristics of housing development of the elderly abroad under the background of aging population, this paper introduces the experience of designing the housing of the elderly abroad from the angle of residence and nursing under the guidance of the policy, and analyzes on the combination of the policy changes, the housing characteristics and the living mode of the elderly, and the nursing needs of the elderly in the United States, Japan and other countries. And the apocalypse of affordable housing to Shanghai. According to the changing trend of Shanghai's elderly population and the characteristics of housing planning, this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of policy guidance, indemnificatory apartment's construction and the old housing reconstruction, which is of great significance to further promote the improvement of Shanghai's home old-age security system.
