【摘要】：加快沿海產(chǎn)業(yè)向中西部轉(zhuǎn)移進(jìn)程是國(guó)家關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本文從區(qū)域就業(yè)人口變動(dòng)角度,分別選取東部典型產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移省份(廣東、浙江、江蘇)、中西部典型產(chǎn)業(yè)承接省份(安徽、湖南、湖北;廣西、陜西、四川),利用各省1978—2010年三次產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),建立時(shí)間序列ARIMA模型,并預(yù)測(cè)2011—2014年各省三產(chǎn)就業(yè)人數(shù),從未來(lái)就業(yè)變動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)可以得出以下幾點(diǎn)結(jié)論:(1)沿海產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移尚未形成規(guī)模趨勢(shì),且西部產(chǎn)業(yè)承接比中部發(fā)展較快;(2)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移區(qū)域內(nèi)部差異顯著;(3)沿海三產(chǎn)發(fā)展滯后、中西部二產(chǎn)水平低等是阻滯產(chǎn)業(yè)向中西部轉(zhuǎn)移的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the transfer of coastal industries to the central and western regions is the focus of national attention. From the point of view of regional employment population change, this paper selects the typical industrial transfer provinces in the east (Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu) and the typical industrial undertaking provinces in the central and western regions (Anhui, Hunan, Hubei). Guangxi, Shaanxi, Sichuan), based on the employment data of three industries in various provinces from 1978 to 2010, the ARIMA model of time series is established, and the number of employment in each province from 2011 to 2014 is forecasted. From the future employment change data, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) the coastal industrial transfer has not yet formed a scale trend, and the western industrial undertaking develops faster than the central part; (2) there are significant differences among the industrial transfer regions, and (3) the lag of the development of coastal third production and the low level of secondary production in the central and western regions are the important factors that hinder the transfer of industries to the central and western regions.
