【摘要】：根據(jù)山東省951戶農(nóng)民工家庭的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),利用多元Logit模型和擴(kuò)展的Oaxaca-Blinder分解方法,系統(tǒng)分析了農(nóng)民工家庭向城鎮(zhèn)遷移過程中遷移狀態(tài)的演進(jìn)及其影響因素。研究表明,初次離鄉(xiāng)和定居城市兩種演進(jìn)形式的實現(xiàn)難度較小,而舉家遷移和直接定居城市兩種演進(jìn)形式的實現(xiàn)難度較大;農(nóng)民工家庭勞動力的城鎮(zhèn)務(wù)工狀況及其農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況是影響農(nóng)民工家庭遷移狀態(tài)演進(jìn)的決定性因素。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 951 peasant workers' families in Shandong Province, the evolution of migration state and its influencing factors in the process of migration from migrant workers to cities and towns were systematically analyzed by using the multivariate Logit model and the extended Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition method. The research shows that it is less difficult to realize the two evolution forms of first departure and settlement city, but it is more difficult to realize the two evolution forms of family migration and direct settlement city. The situation of migrant workers' family labor force and rural economy are the decisive factors that affect the evolution of migrant workers' family migration.
