【摘要】：正201 3年以來,福建省龍海市適應(yīng)機構(gòu)改革需要,加快行政體制改革,本著便民、利民、惠民的原則,積極探索便民服務(wù)的長效機制,深化便民服務(wù)綠色通道建設(shè),關(guān)口前移,重心下沉,率先由計生、衛(wèi)生、民政三個部門合署辦公,依托市婦幼保健院設(shè)立一體化便民服務(wù)中心,一站式為育齡群眾提供免費婚前醫(yī)學(xué)檢查、免費孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查、婚育知識宣傳、辦理婚姻登記、發(fā)
[Abstract]:In the past 201 years, Longhai City, Fujian Province, has adapted to the needs of institutional reform, accelerated the reform of the administrative system, and actively explored the long-term mechanism of convenience services in accordance with the principles of facilitating, benefiting and benefiting the people, deepening the construction of green channels for convenience services, and moving the crossings forward.
