流動人口生存發(fā)展中的問題及對策芻議

【摘要】：正伴隨著經濟社會發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化進程步伐的加快,流動人口生存發(fā)展狀況呈現出新的特點,對政府的社會管理和公共服務提出了新的要求。江蘇省南京市的流入人口中實有人口已達到181.3萬人,2010年以來我們先后組織4次流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測,現對相關情況作一分析并提出對策建議。流動人口生存發(fā)展中值得關注的問題新生代流動人口逐步成為流動主體,但在城鄉(xiāng)兩端都處于邊緣化狀態(tài)。南京市流動人口的平均年齡為30.33歲,超過一半的勞動年齡流動人口屬于"80"、"90"后新生代流動人口。新
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic and social development and urbanization, the living and development of floating population presents new characteristics, which puts forward new requirements for the social management and public service of the government. The inflow population of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, has reached 1.813 million. Since 2010, we have organized four monitoring of floating population dynamics. This paper makes an analysis of the relevant situation and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The problem of floating population living and developing is that the new generation of floating population has gradually become the floating subject, but it is marginalized at both ends of urban and rural areas. The average age of the floating population in Nanjing is 30.33 years old. More than half of the floating population of working age belong to "80", "90" post-Cenozoic floating population. New
