【摘要】：改革開放30多年來,沿海大都市和內(nèi)陸地方城市之間的發(fā)展差距不斷拉大,其中人口流動是重要動因。因此,如何吸引人口回流,留住本地人才,是內(nèi)陸地方城市未來發(fā)展的關鍵。在此背景下,以駐馬店為案例地,通過實地調(diào)研和問卷訪談,探討了在深圳市的駐馬店籍人口的回流意愿,以及當前駐馬店的人口回流狀況,并重點對回流創(chuàng)業(yè)者與回流購房者的回流動因、地域選擇、就業(yè)動向及預期等進行了調(diào)查分析。研究表明,以駐馬店為代表的地方城市已出現(xiàn)了以U-turn與I-turn為主的人口回流現(xiàn)象,且回流人口大都從事或打算從事與之前就業(yè)行業(yè)相關的創(chuàng)業(yè)活動。已發(fā)現(xiàn)有兩種主動回流類型,即創(chuàng)業(yè)回流和購房回流。其中,購房回流也可看作是創(chuàng)業(yè)回流的前奏,二者可理解為同一回流過程的兩個階段。如果地方政府能夠做出積極的政策引導,回流人口及其帶動的返鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟可望成為地方城市擺脫發(fā)展困境的一個新戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:During the 30 years of reform and opening up, the development gap between coastal metropolis and inland city has been widening, among which population mobility is an important factor. Therefore, how to attract population return and retain local talents is the key to the future development of inland cities. Under this background, taking Zhumadian as an example, through field investigation and questionnaire interview, this paper discusses the reflux intention of Zhumadian nationality population in Shenzhen, and the current situation of Zhumadian population reflux. The paper also analyzes the motivation, regional selection, employment trend and expectation of returning entrepreneurs and buyers. The research shows that the local cities represented by Zhumadian have the phenomenon of population reflux mainly with U-turn and I-turn, and most of the returning population are engaged in or intend to engage in entrepreneurial activities related to the former employment industry. It has been found that there are two types of active return, namely entrepreneurial return and purchase return. Among them, the return of the purchase can also be seen as a prelude to the return of entrepreneurship, both of which can be understood as two stages of the same return process. If the local government can make positive policy guidance, the returning population and the returning economy driven by it will become a new strategy for the local cities to extricate themselves from the predicament of development.
