【摘要】：由于傳統(tǒng)觀念所帶來的性別歧視以及就業(yè)保障制度的不完善,我國(guó)女性就業(yè)長(zhǎng)期以來面臨一定的困難。全面放開二胎政策的實(shí)施又為我國(guó)女性就業(yè)帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn),由此產(chǎn)生的就業(yè)壓力亦迫使部分女性放棄二胎孕育,不利于全面放開二胎政策的收效。全面放開二胎政策要落到實(shí)處,國(guó)家應(yīng)該通過財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼、提高婦女地位、降低家庭養(yǎng)育成本等方式鼓勵(lì)生育。
[Abstract]:Because of the gender discrimination brought by the traditional concept and the imperfection of the employment security system, the female employment in our country has been faced with some difficulties for a long time. The implementation of the policy of fully liberalizing the second child has also brought new challenges to the employment of women in our country. The resulting employment pressure has also forced some women to give up the pregnancy of the second child, which is not conducive to the effect of the policy of fully liberalizing the second child. It is necessary to carry out the policy of fully liberalizing the second child, and the state should encourage the birth of children by means of financial subsidies, improving the status of women and reducing the cost of family rearing.
