【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界人口正處在人類史上的轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期,中國(guó)作為世界第一人口大國(guó)更是如此。在一個(gè)超大時(shí)空的背景下,基于20~21世紀(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家與發(fā)展中國(guó)家人口變遷二元格局的梳理,大國(guó)硬實(shí)力和軟實(shí)力背后人口要素重要性的比較,人口替代規(guī)律與大國(guó)實(shí)力興衰之間微妙關(guān)聯(lián)的分析,重新認(rèn)識(shí)和審視中國(guó)的人口政策以及人口長(zhǎng)期均衡的走向,有助于中國(guó)作為人口大國(guó)正確選擇發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,及時(shí)走出人口困境。
[Abstract]:Today's world population is in a turning point in human history, especially China as the world's largest population. Under the background of a very large space and time, based on the combing of the dual pattern of population changes between developed and developing countries in the 21st century, the comparison of the importance of population elements behind the hard and soft power of great powers, The analysis of the subtle relationship between the law of population substitution and the rise and fall of the power of a large country, and a new understanding and examination of China's population policy and the trend of population balance over a long period of time, will help China, as a populous country, to correctly choose its development strategy. Get out of the plight of the population in time.
