文章摘要：文章使用2013年國(guó)家衛(wèi)計(jì)委流動(dòng)人口動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)，采用二分類(lèi)Logistic回歸分析方法，，分析城一城流動(dòng)人口參加養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)的影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：第一，個(gè)人特征方面，性別、年齡、受教育程度與參保行為顯著相關(guān)，男性相比女性參保率較高；25～34歲組參�？赡苄宰畲�；受教育程度越高，參�？赡苄栽酱�。第二，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)因素中，單位性質(zhì)為外資企業(yè)的流動(dòng)人口參�？赡苄宰畲�；收入越高，參保率越高；擁有商品房或自建房的相對(duì)于租住私房的參保率更高。第三，流動(dòng)因素中，流入?yún)^(qū)域、時(shí)間和流動(dòng)范圍對(duì)參保行為影響顯著，中部相對(duì)于東部、西部參�？赡苄宰钚�；市內(nèi)跨縣流動(dòng)者相對(duì)于省內(nèi)跨市、跨省流動(dòng)者參�？赡苄愿�；流入時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)參�？赡苄栽酱�。

Abstr：Based on the dynamic monitoring data of floating population from National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2013, this study conducts binary logistic regression to analyze the influ- encing factors for urban - to - urban migrant population of their endowment insurance participation. The results show that personal characteristics, such as gender, age and education, are closely related to the enrollment. Males and people aged from 25 to 34. and with higher education are more likely to participate. Employer type, income and housing situation are most important economic and social fac- tors that influence the endowment insurance participation of the floating population. Migrants working in foreign invested enterprises are most likely to participate. Those with high income or possessing their own houses are also more likely to enroll. Types of destination, duration and distance also have signifi- cant impact on the participation behavior. The floating population in central China has lower rate of en- rollment than those in east and west China. The cross - county migrants are more willing to attend than the cross-city and cross -province ones. The longer the migrants stay, the higher the probability of participation is.
