【摘要】：中國已成為老齡化國家,且有加速趨勢。北京的老齡化程度和速度超過了全國平均水平。根據(jù)第五、六次人口普查資料以三種空間單元分析了北京老年人口的空間分布特征及發(fā)展趨勢。研究表明,老年人口數(shù)量在城區(qū)呈圈層式集中分布,在郊區(qū)呈點(diǎn)狀分布;高老齡化率地區(qū)集中在城市中心區(qū)和生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)區(qū)西部和北部山區(qū),其他地方較低;高老齡化率地區(qū)出現(xiàn)了空間擴(kuò)散趨勢;老年人口的居住隔離程度較低,且有所上升。老年人口空間分布變動(dòng)的直接原因是本地老年人口的增長和遷移;老齡化率的空間分布變動(dòng)的直接原因是非老年人口和老年人口的增長和遷移。影響它們的因素有城市規(guī)劃、建設(shè)與管理政策、社會(huì)保障和老年福利政策、市場等因素。最后提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:China has become an aging country and has a tendency to accelerate. Beijing's aging degree and speed exceeded the national average. Based on the data of the fifth and sixth population censuses, the spatial distribution and development trend of the aged population in Beijing were analyzed by three spatial units. The results show that the number of the elderly population is concentrated in urban area and point distribution in the suburb, and the high aging rate area is concentrated in the west and northern mountain areas of urban center and ecological conservation area, but is lower in other places. There is a trend of spatial diffusion in areas with high aging rate, and the degree of residential isolation of the elderly population is low and rising. The direct reason of the spatial distribution change of the aged population is the growth and migration of the local elderly population, and the direct reason of the spatial distribution change of the aging rate is the growth and migration of the non-elderly population and the elderly population. Factors affecting them are urban planning, construction and management policies, social security and old-age welfare policies, markets and other factors. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
