【摘要】：人口老齡化是一個(gè)全球現(xiàn)象,它對(duì)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、社會(huì)保障乃至城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展都會(huì)產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。隨著我國(guó)人口老齡化程度的不斷加劇,由此而產(chǎn)生的不利影響也日益突出。面對(duì)人口老齡化,經(jīng)濟(jì)如何持續(xù)發(fā)展、醫(yī)療保障如何完善、社會(huì)保障如何體現(xiàn)公平等一系列問(wèn)題已成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),這也反映了整個(gè)社會(huì)對(duì)人口老齡化所產(chǎn)生影響的普遍焦慮。當(dāng)前,應(yīng)該通過(guò)徹底改革養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)管理制度、建立可持續(xù)養(yǎng)老模式、適當(dāng)調(diào)整計(jì)劃生育政策以及延長(zhǎng)退休年齡等措施來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)和解決我國(guó)人口老齡化問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Population aging is a global phenomenon, which will have a profound impact on national economic development, social stability, social security and even the development of urbanization. With the aggravation of the aging population in China, the adverse effects are becoming more and more prominent. In the face of aging population, how the economy continues to develop, how to perfect the medical security, how to reflect the fairness of the social security has become the focus of the society. It also reflects the general anxiety of society as a whole about the effects of population ageing. At present, we should deal with and solve the problem of aging population by thoroughly reforming the management system of old-age insurance, establishing a sustainable old-age model, adjusting the family planning policy appropriately and extending the retirement age.
