【摘要】：基于中國與加拿大綜合社會調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),描述了中國農(nóng)業(yè)戶籍人員的職業(yè)分層及代際流動情況,并且結(jié)合加拿大數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了比較研究。研究表明,中國農(nóng)業(yè)戶籍人員職業(yè)分層呈"倒丁型"分布,從事高階層勞動者的比例較少,加拿大的職業(yè)分層呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定的"橢圓形"分布,中間階層較多;多數(shù)中國農(nóng)業(yè)戶籍人員比其父輩職業(yè)階層要高,但是完成跨層流動的人數(shù)還不多;基于相對流動率下的對比,中國不同階層間已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)固化情況,較高階層對較低階層的排斥性明顯,加拿大的數(shù)據(jù)中也存在類似情形,但是總體而言,加拿大階層間的流動機(jī)會高于中國,階層間壁壘性小于中國;中國農(nóng)業(yè)戶籍人員的代際流動情況并沒有在市場轉(zhuǎn)型時期發(fā)生變化。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive social survey data of China and Canada, this paper describes the occupational stratification and intergenerational mobility of agricultural household registration personnel in China, and makes a comparative study based on Canadian data. The study shows that the occupational stratification of agricultural household registration personnel in China is "inverted" type, the proportion of workers engaged in high class is less, the occupational stratification in Canada is stable "oval" distribution, and there are more middle class; Most of China's agricultural household registration staff are higher than their parents' professional class, but the number of people who have completed cross-layer mobility is still small. Based on the comparison under the relative mobility rate, there has been a solidification among different strata in China. The exclusion of the higher class to the lower class is obvious, and there is a similar situation in the data of Canada, but in general, the mobility opportunity among the Canadian strata is higher than that in China, and the barrier between the classes is less than that in China; The intergenerational mobility of agricultural household registration personnel in China has not changed in the period of market transformation.
