【摘要】：文章采用中國家庭動態(tài)追蹤調查項目(CFPS)2012年最新數據,利用多維健康指標,分析了在當前中國社會中社會經濟地位對人們健康的影響,以及這種影響隨年齡變化而變化的作用模式。研究結果顯示,這種隨年齡增長的影響作用模式既存在著"發(fā)散效應",也存在著"收斂效應",同時還存在著不同地位群體間的健康差異不隨年齡變化而變化的"平行效應"。研究結果表明,社會經濟地位對人們健康的影響具有持久性,貫穿于各個年齡階段,并在某些健康指標上具有累積性。因此,調整社會政策,注重社會公平,縮小社會地位差距對于提高人口整體健康水平具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the latest data of China Family dynamic tracking Project (CFPS) in 2012 and using multi-dimensional health indicators, this paper analyzes the impact of social and economic status on people's health in the current Chinese society. And the pattern of effects that vary with age. The results show that there are not only "divergence effect" and "convergence effect" in this influence mode with age, but also "parallel effect" that health difference among different status groups does not change with age. The results show that the impact of social and economic status on people's health is persistent, runs through all ages, and accumulates in some health indicators. Therefore, it is of great significance to adjust social policies, pay attention to social equity and narrow the social status gap to improve the overall health level of the population.
