文章摘要：以關(guān)中-天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)城市群為研究對(duì)象,分別構(gòu)建資源環(huán)境和人口經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用主成分分析法,對(duì)該經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)主要城市2002年和2011年資源環(huán)境和人口經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展指數(shù)及其耦合協(xié)調(diào)度進(jìn)行測評(píng),并探究其時(shí)空差異性。結(jié)果表明：2002-2011年其城市資源環(huán)境發(fā)展水平上升的有渭南、商洛和天水,下降的有西安、銅川、寶雞、咸陽和楊凌;人口經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展上升的有西安、銅川、寶雞、咸陽、渭南和商洛,下降的有天水和楊凌;各主要城市的資源環(huán)境與人口經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平及其耦合協(xié)調(diào)性的空間差異明顯,多數(shù)城市資源環(huán)境與人口經(jīng)濟(jì)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)性不盡合理,且出現(xiàn)衰退趨勢(shì)。最后就該城市群實(shí)現(xiàn)資源環(huán)境與人口經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提出建議和對(duì)策。

Abstr：With the city group in Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone in Shaanxi and Gansu Provinces,northwest China is taken as research objects,the comprehensive evaluation index systems for the resources-environment and population-economic systems are constructed respectively. Using the principal component analysis and the statistical analysis software SPSS 19.0,the development indexes of the resource-environment and population-economic systems for the eight major cities in the economic zone are computed,the coupling coordination degrees between the two systems were conducted,and based on the indexes observation value in 2002 and 2011,its timing characteristics are studied. The results show that the development level of the economic-population and resources-environment of the major cities in the economic zone is low in general. For the changes of timing,the development level of the environmental-resources systems for Weinan,Shangluo and Tianshui Cities has been rising,and the development level for Xi＇an,Tongchuan,Baoji,Xianyang and Yangling Cities has been decreasing; the development level of the economic-population systems of Xi＇an,Tongchuan,Baoji,Xianyang,Weinan and Shangluo has been increasing,and the development level for Tianshui and Yangling has been decreasing; In 2002,Xi＇an,Tongchuan,Yangling are the resource-environment lagged type cities,and meanwhile Baoji,Xianyang,Weinan,Shangluo,Tianshui are economic-population lagged type cities;In 2011,Xi＇an,Tongchuan,Baoji,Xianyang,Yangling are belong to the resourceenvironment lagged type cities,while Weinan,Shangluo,Tianshui are the economic-population lagged type cities.For the spatial differences,in 2002,the development level of the resources-environmental of Xi＇an,Xianyang,Baoji and Weinan is higher than that of T
