【摘要】：區(qū)域發(fā)展的均衡性問題一直是區(qū)域研究中的重點問題，已有的學(xué)術(shù)研究成果大多分析區(qū)域差異的現(xiàn)狀、成因、演變特征及未來變化趨勢等方面，，其中有些學(xué)者采用經(jīng)濟重心模型來研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的差異特征及其演化機制，以揭示區(qū)域經(jīng)濟空間格局的演變過程，并給出科學(xué)、合理的區(qū)域發(fā)展的建議。 本文運用經(jīng)濟地理學(xué)、人文地理學(xué)、地理信息系統(tǒng)的基本知識和原理，研究1992年以來東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟重心、產(chǎn)業(yè)重心、人口重心和消費重心的移動軌跡特征，并分析其演化規(guī)律和產(chǎn)生變化的原因，從而為制定東北地區(qū)未來的區(qū)域發(fā)展政策提供依據(jù)。本文采用定性分析、定量分析、對比分析等研究方法，運用GIS制圖軟件，計算處理GDP、人口、三產(chǎn)產(chǎn)值、消費總額等數(shù)據(jù)以得到重心的區(qū)位坐標(biāo)，并將不同年份的經(jīng)濟重心和人口重心疊加到行政區(qū)劃圖上，得到東北地區(qū)各重心的動態(tài)變化矢量圖，直觀地顯示東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展空間差異的變化過程。 本文研究共分六個章節(jié)：第一章導(dǎo)論闡述文章的研究背景和意義，梳理本文的研究思路和方法，提出研究近20年來東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟重心和人口重心演化軌跡的命題；第二章簡要論述經(jīng)濟重心的定義、理論支撐和測度方法，并整理了以往國內(nèi)外的研究成果，分析相關(guān)研究中的優(yōu)點和不足之處；第三章分析了東北地區(qū)20年來經(jīng)濟重心的演變軌跡，并從三次產(chǎn)業(yè)角度進一步研究經(jīng)濟重心；第四章對東北地區(qū)人口重心的變化歷程進行測度和解析，并將經(jīng)濟重心與人口重心、產(chǎn)業(yè)重心、消費重心進行對比；第五章用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、變異系數(shù)等方法從靜態(tài)角度分析了東北地區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的均衡性問題，并得出了一些結(jié)論；第六章為結(jié)論和討論，該部分既對前面研究做了總結(jié)，也提出了一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:The balance of regional development has always been a key issue in regional research. Most of the existing academic research achievements have analyzed the status quo, causes, evolution characteristics and future trends of regional differences. Some scholars use the economic center of gravity model to study the different characteristics of regional economic development and its evolution mechanism in order to reveal the evolution process of regional economic spatial pattern and give scientific and reasonable suggestions for regional development. Based on the basic knowledge and principle of economic geography, human geography and geographic information system, this paper studies the moving trajectory characteristics of economic center, industry center, population center and consumption center of northeast China since 1992. The evolution law and the cause of the change are analyzed, which provides the basis for formulating the future regional development policy in Northeast China. In this paper, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods are used to calculate and process the data of GDP, population, output value and total consumption in order to get the location coordinates of the center of gravity by using GIS mapping software. The economic center of gravity and population center of gravity of different years are superimposed on the map of administrative division, and the vector chart of dynamic change of each center of gravity of northeast area is obtained, which can directly show the change process of spatial difference of economic development in northeast area. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the article, combs the research ideas and methods of this paper, and puts forward the proposition of studying the evolution of economic center and population center of gravity in Northeast China in the past 20 years; The second chapter briefly discusses the definition of economic center of gravity, theoretical support and measurement methods, and collates the previous domestic and foreign research results, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of related research; The third chapter analyzes the evolution of the economic center of gravity in Northeast China over the past 20 years, and further studies the economic center of gravity from the perspective of three industries. Chapter four measures and analyzes the changing course of the population center of gravity in Northeast China. The fifth chapter uses standard deviation, coefficient of variation and other methods to analyze the equilibrium of regional economic development in Northeast China from a static point of view, and draws some conclusions. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and discussion, which not only summarizes the previous research, but also puts forward some policy recommendations.
