【摘要】：利用1995年、2002年和2007年的CHIPS(China Household Income Projects)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證分析了家庭人口結(jié)構(gòu)變化對城鄉(xiāng)居民家庭消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)和儲(chǔ)蓄率的影響。家庭收入、規(guī)模大小、戶主年齡和家庭不同年齡人口占比等家庭人口結(jié)構(gòu)變量對消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)和儲(chǔ)蓄率都有一定的影響。就消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)來說,如教育支出方面,老年家庭明顯低于年輕家庭;醫(yī)療保障支出方面,老年家庭明顯高于年輕家庭。同時(shí),研究表明我國城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村家庭的戶主年齡與儲(chǔ)蓄率略呈U型結(jié)構(gòu),也就是說我國家庭微觀儲(chǔ)蓄率與經(jīng)典的生命周期假設(shè)不一致。進(jìn)一步探討了未來家庭人口結(jié)構(gòu)變化對中國家庭儲(chǔ)蓄率和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響以及相關(guān)政策涵義。
[Abstract]:Based on the CHIPS (China Household Income Projects) data of 1995, 2002 and 2007, this paper empirically analyzes the influence of the change of household population structure on the consumption structure and savings rate of urban and rural households. Household structure variables such as household income, size, age of head of household and proportion of population of different ages have certain influence on consumption structure and savings rate. In terms of consumption structure, such as education spending, older families are significantly lower than young families, and health care spending is significantly higher than young families. At the same time, the study shows that the age and savings rate of heads of household in urban and rural households are slightly U-shaped, that is to say, the micro-saving rate of households in China is inconsistent with the classical life cycle hypothesis. The effects of the future changes of the household population structure on the household savings rate and economic structure in China and the relevant policy implications are also discussed.
