【摘要】： 人口老齡化是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果,是人類社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的必然趨勢(shì)。人口老齡化和老年人口問(wèn)題是世界各國(guó)政府和專家學(xué)者共同關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一。延邊朝鮮族自治州是我國(guó)唯一的一個(gè)朝鮮族自治州,也是我國(guó)最大的一個(gè)朝鮮族人口聚居區(qū)。延邊州同全國(guó)一樣,在21世紀(jì)初也進(jìn)入了老年型社會(huì),老齡化問(wèn)題成為延邊州人口方面的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。如何應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化以及采取相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和措施是延邊州人口發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中需要重點(diǎn)解決的問(wèn)題。為此,本文從對(duì)延邊州人口的現(xiàn)狀及人口老齡化特點(diǎn)的闡述入手,全面分析了延邊州人口老齡化的影響因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究了人口老齡化對(duì)延邊州經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的影響。最后,提出了延邊州應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Population aging is an inevitable result of social and economic development and an inevitable trend in the process of human social development. The aging of population and the problem of elderly population are one of the hot issues concerned by governments and experts and scholars all over the world. Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is the only Korean Autonomous Prefecture in China and the largest Korean population area in China. Yanbian prefecture, like the whole country, has entered the old society at the beginning of the 21st century, and the aging problem has become an important issue in the population of Yanbian prefecture. How to cope with the aging of the population and how to take corresponding countermeasures and measures are the key problems in the population development strategy of Yanbian Prefecture. Therefore, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of population aging in Yanbian prefecture from the point of view of the present situation of population and the characteristics of population aging in Yanbian prefecture. On this basis, the impact of population aging on the economy and society of Yanbian prefecture is studied in depth. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the aging population in Yanbian Prefecture are put forward.
