【摘要】：人口老齡化是由于生育率和死亡率的持續(xù)下降、人類平均壽命的不斷延長,而使老年人口在總?cè)丝谥械谋戎刂饾u增加的過程。21世紀(jì)是人口老齡化的世紀(jì),這種人口結(jié)構(gòu)的變化正廣泛影響著社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)方面,人口老齡化逐漸成為世界各國關(guān)注的重大人口問題。統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,甘肅省2005年進(jìn)入老齡化社會(huì)(65歲以上的人口所占的比例為7.22%,老少比為30.86%),而且老齡化程度在不斷加深。 老齡化問題既是一個(gè)社會(huì)問題,也是一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)問題,如果處理不當(dāng),將會(huì)給社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展帶來極大的負(fù)面效應(yīng)。通過研究甘肅省人口老齡化問題,分析人口老齡化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響,可以使我們對(duì)老齡化有更深入的認(rèn)識(shí),在甘肅省人口老齡化高峰到來之前,做好相應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)備,將人口老齡化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的負(fù)面影響降至最低,并且利用人口老齡化帶來的機(jī)會(huì)尋找新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)。 論文共分為五個(gè)部分。 第一部分,引言。簡要介紹了選題背景及意義,相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述,研究思路和方法,并對(duì)人口老齡化的概念和衡量指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了介紹。 第二部分,甘肅省人口老齡化的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)。從歷年老年人口變化趨勢(shì)、人口年齡金字塔和老齡化的若干特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析。 第三部分,實(shí)證分析甘肅省人口老齡化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響。通過單位根檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)、格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)和脈沖影響函數(shù)來進(jìn)行具體分析。 第四部分,實(shí)證分析老齡化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長各要素供給的影響。通過Leff模型和Cpps軟件分析預(yù)測(cè)甘肅省人口老齡化對(duì)儲(chǔ)蓄、勞動(dòng)力供給的影響。 第五部分,甘肅省人口老齡化的對(duì)策。提出多種措施來應(yīng)對(duì)甘肅省的人口老齡化問題。
[Abstract]:Population ageing is the process of increasing the proportion of the elderly population in the total population as a result of the continuous decline in fertility and mortality and the continuous extension of human life expectancy. The twenty-first century is the century of population ageing. The change of population structure is affecting all aspects of social life. Population aging has gradually become a major population problem concerned by countries all over the world. Statistics show that Gansu Province entered an aging society in 2005 (the proportion of population over 65 years old is 7.22%, the ratio of old and young is 30.86%), and the aging degree is deepening. The aging problem is not only a social problem, but also a serious economic problem. If not handled properly, it will bring great negative effects to the development of social economy. By studying the problem of population aging in Gansu Province and analyzing the impact of population aging on economic growth, we can have a deeper understanding of the aging of the population, and make corresponding preparations before the arrival of the peak of population aging in Gansu Province. To minimize the negative impact of population aging on economic growth, and to take advantage of the opportunities brought by population aging to find new economic growth. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part, introduction. This paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the selected topic, the related literature review, the research ideas and methods, and introduces the concept and measurement index of population aging. The second part, the present situation and characteristic of population aging in Gansu province. This paper analyzes the trend of aging population, the pyramid of population age and some characteristics of aging. The third part, the empirical analysis of the impact of population aging on economic growth in Gansu Province. Through unit root test, cointegration test, Granger causality test and impulse impact function to carry out specific analysis. The fourth part, the empirical analysis of the impact of aging on the supply of various elements of economic growth. The effects of aging population on the supply of savings and labor force in Gansu Province are predicted by Leff model and CPPS software. The fifth part, the countermeasures of population aging in Gansu province. Put forward a variety of measures to deal with the aging of the population in Gansu Province.
